Starcraft:
Starcraft is a multi-player online strategy game that involves having the best strategy and units to defeat your opponent/s with your/your teams/ units.
Main idea:
Basically Starcraft is three races fighting for control of the Koprulu sector; Protoss, Terran, and Zerg. The Protoss are a highly advanced race of alien beings who were created by an ancient race called the Xel'Naga. The Terrans are humans that were sent off in 4 prison ships long ago and then settled on many worlds and colonized them (approx. 500 years in the future). The Zerg were also created by the Xel'Naga. However they are a race of brutes so to speak. They are something like giant arthropods (bugs) that have one hive mind that controls them.
Basic Terran Overview
The Terrans were sent to the Koprulu sector long ago on prison 4 ships. (yes all of these some millions/billions of people are all partially criminals) The four prison ships crashed onto many different planets. Where most of them found one another and made camps and structures and a new way of life was called, Tarsonis. Tarsonis was a thriving planet with billions of Terran and the main planet of the Terrans. However was destroyed later on by the Zerg and is now desolated in seemingly endless ways...
Basic Zerg Overview
The Zerg were created by a race of ancient beings called the Xel'Naga. The Zerg seem to destroy everything in their path as they know only rage and hate and anger and killing and death... However the Zerg swarm is seemingly endless they have on weakness, one weakness which has been their downfall once before and possible again. The Overmind... they have one structure or creature that controls them all and if it is destroyed (only possible to completely obliterate and destroy the mind so far by Protoss) then all the Zerg go mindless and destroy each other and all they ever knew...
Basic Protoss Overview
The Protoss were also created by the Xel'Naga, but they are clearly different from the Zerg, seemingly the opposite. They spends 1000's of years perfecting their weaponry and technologies. Even though they seem omnipotent they have fewer numbers than the Terrans and many less than the Zerg. They use their advanced technologies and ships to attempt to eliminate the Zerg and Terran threats... but fail... or did they? The Protoss have destroyed the Zerg Overmind (controller of all the Zerg) with the advance high-templars Psi powers but then a new mind controlled the Zerg...
